利用規約

この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、「カジクエ」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者(以下「ユーザー」)は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。個人情報の取り扱いについては別途プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、世帯(家族・カップル等のグループ)単位で家事の記録・共有を行い、ポイント・ランク・実績等を通じて家事の実施を楽しく可視化することを目的としたサービスです。本アプリの内容は、予告なく変更・追加・削除される場合があります。

2. アカウント

• 本アプリの利用には、Googleアカウントによるログインが必要です。
• ユーザーは、自身のアカウントの管理について責任を負うものとし、第三者への譲渡・貸与はできません。
• 子供を世帯メンバーとして招待する場合、そのアカウント作成・利用は保護者の判断と責任のもとで行われるものとします。

3. 世帯・招待コードの利用

世帯への参加は、世帯管理者が発行する招待コードを用いて行います。ユーザーは、招待コードを本来の目的(自身が実際に参加する世帯への招待)以外に利用しないものとし、第三者の世帯への不正な参加を試みる行為(招待コードの総当たり等)を行ってはなりません。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 他のユーザーになりすます行為、または他のユーザーの世帯に不正に参加・アクセスする行為
• 本アプリのサーバー・ネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為、または本アプリの不具合を意図的に悪用する行為
• 本アプリを通じて違法・有害・第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツ(コメント・写真等)を投稿する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル等、ソースコードを解析する行為(法令上認められる場合を除く)
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

5. ユーザーが投稿するコンテンツ

ユーザーが本アプリに投稿する家事記録のコメント・写真等のコンテンツについて、ユーザーは投稿に必要な権利を有していることを保証するものとします。これらのコンテンツは、投稿したユーザーが所属する世帯のメンバーの間でのみ共有され、他の世帯からは閲覧できません。

6. ポイント・ランク・実績について

本アプリ内で付与されるポイント・ランク・実績は、本アプリ内でのみ意味を持つものであり、金銭的価値を有するものではありません。運営者は、これらを現金・金券等と交換する義務を負いません(世帯内で独自にお小遣い等と紐付けて運用する場合も、その取り決めは世帯の当事者間の合意によるものであり、運営者はその内容について関与・保証しません)。

7. 広告について

本アプリは、AdMob(iOS/Android)またはAdSense(Web)による広告を表示する場合があります。広告の内容は各広告配信事業者により決定されるものであり、運営者は広告内容について責任を負いません。

8. 全国統計・ランキング機能について

本アプリで提供する全国統計・ランキング等の機能は、個人・世帯を特定できない形に匿名加工された集計データに基づくものです。集計方法・表示内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。

9. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性等について保証するものではありません。
• 運営者は、本アプリの利用(記録の消失・通知の不達等を含む)により生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
• 本アプリのサービスは、メンテナンス・障害・提供者(Supabase等)側の事情により、予告なく一時停止・変更・終了する場合があります。

10. アカウント・データの削除

ユーザーは、設定画面からいつでも自身のアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除に伴うデータの取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反したと判断した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントを停止・削除することがあります。

11. 準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

12. 規約の変更

本規約の内容は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて予告なく改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または本ページにて周知します。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Kajikue" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy regarding how we handle personal information.

1. The Service

The App lets a household (a family, couple, or similar group) log and share chores together, and visualizes chore completion in a game-like way through points, ranks, and achievements. The App's content may be changed, added to, or removed without prior notice.

2. Accounts

• Using the App requires signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for managing your own account and may not transfer or lend it to a third party.
• If you invite a child as a household member, creating and managing that account is done at the discretion and responsibility of a parent or guardian.

3. Households & Invite Codes

Joining a household requires an invite code issued by that household's administrator. You may not use an invite code for any purpose other than joining the household you were actually invited to, and you may not attempt to join another household's data without authorization (including by guessing invite codes).

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you may not:

• violate any applicable law or public order and morals;
• impersonate another user, or attempt to join or access another household without authorization;
• place excessive load on the App's servers or network, or deliberately exploit a bug in the App;
• post content (comments, photos, etc.) through the App that is illegal, harmful, or infringes a third party's rights;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyze the App's source code, except where permitted by law; or
• engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

5. User-Generated Content

You represent that you hold whatever rights are necessary to post any content (chore-log comments, photos, etc.) you submit to the App. Such content is shared only among members of your own household and is not visible to other households.

6. Points, Ranks & Achievements

Points, ranks, and achievements awarded within the App have meaning only within the App and hold no monetary value. We are under no obligation to exchange them for cash or gift certificates (if a household privately chooses to tie them to an allowance or similar arrangement, that arrangement is solely between the members of that household, and we are not a party to it and make no representations about it).

7. Advertising

The App may display advertising via AdMob (iOS/Android) or AdSense (Web). Ad content is determined by the respective ad networks, and we are not responsible for it.

8. National Statistics & Ranking Features

Any national statistics or ranking features are based on aggregated data that has been anonymized so that no individual or household can be identified. The aggregation method and displayed content may change without notice.

9. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," with no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the App, including lost records or undelivered notifications.
• The App's service may be suspended, changed, or discontinued without notice due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances of our providers (e.g. Supabase).

10. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your own account at any time from the settings screen. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled upon account deletion. We may suspend or delete an account without prior notice if we determine it has violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised without prior notice to reflect changes in law or in the App's services. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
